Osteopathy

Osteopathic treatment consists of a thorough medical history intake, visual observation, palpation and orthopedic and osteopathic assessment.  The initial assessment is followed by an individualized treatment plan and hands-on treatment and exercise prescription or advice. Osteopathic manual practitioners use a whole-body approach to care that considers the interrelationships between the body’s structure and function.

Online Training

Can’t make it to the gym? Working from home? Traveling? At Thrive, we have a myriad of options for online coaching/telehealth in order to help you thrive even when you aren’t here in person. We use a combination of video call platforms as well as online software for your coach to design personal programs that meet your needs wherever you are. Whether you have access to a world class home gym or you want to be outside using nature as your playground, we’ve got you covered. As well, if you are injured and want to utilize the services of our great therapists but can’t come in to see them, we offer telehealth with video calls from the comfort of your home.
